WOMEN'S BOXING - 8 SESSION TRAINING CAMP

RUNNING FOR 4 WEEKS - TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS 5:00-6:00PM - NEXT SESSION BEGINS TUES. SEPT. 10th

 Looking to change up your workout or try something new! The women's boxing class is a great place to start! You will learn the fundamentals of boxing , through non-contact training, as well as train in cardio circuits, HITT, boxing, heavy bag and hand pad drills.  This 8 class session is a great way to start your introduction to boxing  and work with a great group of ladies for an awesome workout!


BOXING GLOVES WILL BE AVAILABLE TO THOSE WHO DO NOT HAVE THEIR OWN BUT IT IS RECOMMENDED IF YOU COMMIT TO A PROGRAM THAT YOU PURCHASE YOUR OWN GLOVES!


This training camp is for all ages (18+) and abilities. Whether you are looking for a new start, you want to learn or further your boxing skills or as an on-ramp to the regular boxing classes, the 8 session training camp is  a great way to kick-start or continue your health and fitness journey.
