FALL REGISTRATION IS OPEN
For any fitness and boxing level, our co-ed boxing classes incorporate drills, bag work, pad work, footwork and basic skills, mixed in with body weight and small equipment exercises to give you a great workout while learning the sweet science of boxing.
Learn the art of BJJ including jiu jitsu for self defense, sport and competition. Our black belt instructors will guide you through the fundamentals of jiu jitsu with a warmup, lesson and rolling session. Co-ed classes for ages 14+.
Open to boys and girls age 11-16 who are interested in learning the sport of boxing. No experience is required, but work ethic, passion and a willingness to learn is a must. This program is designed for those looking to learn and grow their boxing skills. The focus is not self defense based but rather teaching confidence, technique and skill in the sport of boxing.
Build confidence, body awareness, self defense skills and learn the sport of Jiu Jitsu! This co-ed program for ages 7-13 will introduce participants to the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu jitsu with a focus on self defense. Participants must be prepared to work with a partner in very close contact. BJJ is a great sport to build respect, discipline and coordination.
Boxing classes run Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6:30am and 5:15pm
Tuesday and Thursday 6:00am and 6:30pm
Saturday 8:00am
BJJ classes run Monday (gi), Tuesday (no gi), Wednesday (gi), Thursday (no gi) 6:30pm
Tuesday (gi) and Thursday (no gi) 9:15am
