For any fitness and boxing level, our co-ed boxing classes incorporate drills, bag work, pad work, footwork and basic skills, mixed in with body weight and small equipment exercises to give you a great workout while learning the sweet science of boxing. 

Ladies Beginner Boxing - 10 Week session - Mondays 5:00-6:00pm FULL

LADIES...If you have ever wanted to try boxing, this is the time and class for you! You will get a great workout while learning the fundamentals of boxing; stance, punches, footwork, movement and balance. This class is a great intro to the sport to give you the confidence to move into the other ladies classes or the co-ed adult boxing.

Women's Boxing - 8 Session Training Camp - Tuesday and Thursday 5:00-6:00pm

Break away from your traditional workout and learn a new sport.  This class combines non-contact boxing with conditioning drills and body weight training .

KIDS Age 6-9

This hour long fun-filled class will give kids the opportunity to expend some energy in a team environment. Kids will learn basic boxing, agility and movement skills along with working with others and building confidence.

YOUTH Age 10-13

Boxing builds confidence and discipline and provides excellent foundation skills for many other sports. Start your son or daughter off right with a fun-filled hour which includes basic boxing skills, conditioning drills and body weight exercises. The opportunity to spar and compete will be an option.

TEENS Age 14-17

This class is a perfect compliment to other sports, providing participants the opportunity to enhance hip and core movements, hand-eye coordination and skilled footwork, or for those looking to participate in something new. The teens class incorporates a mix of boxing and footwork skills, conditioning drills and speed, agility and body weight exercises for kids of all athletic abilities. No experience is required and the opportunity to spar and compete will be an option.
